Southern Arc Receives Exchange Acceptance To Amend The Exercise Price Of 4,716,418 Share Purchase Warrants
Vancouver, British Columbia: Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SA) wishes to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance to amend the exercise price of 4,716,418 share purchase warrants from to $1.75 to $0.70. 4,480,168 of the warrants expire on December 17, 2009 and 236,250 of the warrants expire on December 18, 2009.
If warrant holders wish to exercise their warrants, they should, on or before the applicable expiry date: deliver to Southern Arc Minerals Inc. at 1500-885 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 3E8 (Attention: Eileen Au/ Tel # 604-676-5241), their completed subscription form (a copy of which is attached to the warrant holder's warrant certificate) and their warrant certificate, together with payment in the form of bank draft or certified cheque payable to the Company. The Company will then deliver share certificates to warrant holders at the address specified in the subscription form within ten days.
