(TSX Venture: SA, the "Company”) is pleased to announce that it has granted stock options to certain Directors, Officers, employees and consultants of the Company (collectively, the "Optionees”) under the Company's Stock Option Plan granting to such Optionees the collective right to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,215,000 common shares from the treasury of the Company at an exercise price of $1.56 per common share exercisable until September 26, 2012.
